twin cities homeless helter - Direct Mail
On November 17 2023, fierce storms ripped roofing shingles from the Twin Cities Homeless Shelter’s roof causing severe water damage. The torn shingles were painted with donation messages and mailed to past donors, business leaders and local churches. Within three weeks of the direct mail effort, the roof campaign exceeded it’s funding goal by over $7,000.
By spring of 2024, installation of the new roof was underway and a total of $70,000 had been raised for the shelter.
